Front-desk administrative assistant supporting admissions: greeting visitors, answering multi-line calls, processing payments, maintaining and filing student records, compiling admissions documents, scheduling and proctoring tests, data entry, mail/courier handling, basic office tasks and reports.

Advise and assist students with financial aid applications, eligibility, awarding, and Title IV compliance; create and monitor payment plans; perform intake, processing, counseling, entrance/exit interviews, and coordinate with state agencies and admissions.

Recruit and source faculty and staff using proactive sourcing strategies and social media; manage full-cycle recruiting in the ATS; screen, interview, negotiate, perform background and licensure checks; build talent pipelines and referral networks; partner with hiring managers to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
