Provides on-site IT help desk and infrastructure support for campus faculty, staff, and students. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; managing servers, intranet, extranet, and IT equipment; maintaining system security; training users; creating documentation; evaluating technology solutions; and coordinating with internal teams and vendors. Requires monthly travel to Largo and Port Charlotte, Florida.

Coordinates nursing practicum experiences, clinical site relationships, schedules, contracts, orientations, and student documentation. Maintains partnerships with nursing administrators and preceptors, secures and audits clinical sites, mentors clinical instructors, conducts observational visits, coordinates relief coverage, and collaborates with program chairs to evaluate clinical experiences. Requires an active Registered Nurse license and strong organizational, communication, presentation, and supervisory skills.

Oversees the nursing program’s curriculum implementation, faculty supervision, scheduling, development, instructional quality, accreditation compliance, assessments, and daily operations. The Program Chair supports student success, monitors institutional and NCLEX outcomes, leads continuous improvement, and represents the college with accreditation bodies, healthcare organizations, and nursing stakeholders.

Oversee Jersey College’s nursing programs, including curriculum implementation, faculty supervision, staffing, development, scheduling, clinical and instructional activities, standardized testing, student progress, and academic and financial administration. The Dean also supports program outcomes, change management, faculty onboarding, competency planning, and communication with institutional leadership.
