Provide leadership for student success in the nursing program: mentor students, manage retention and academic progression, oversee NCLEX preparation and remediation, coordinate tutoring and admissions support, collaborate with faculty and campus leadership, and perform faculty duties as needed.

Oversee nursing curriculum implementation and faculty performance to achieve NCLEX outcomes. Lead faculty development, coordinate theory and clinical instruction, ensure compliance with accreditation and licensure standards, manage daily program operations, drive continuous improvement, and represent the college to external stakeholders.

Manage admissions and student recruitment for nursing programs: interview and counsel prospective students, coordinate campus tours, assist with applications and enrollments, maintain admissions files and compliance, plan orientations, support off-campus recruitment, and contribute to marketing efforts.

Manage and coordinate clinical practicum experiences for PN and RN programs: secure and maintain clinical sites and contracts, schedule and audit clinical placements and student medical documents, conduct site visits and debriefs, mentor clinical instructors, liaise with facility leadership and program chairs, and ensure a current Registered Nurse license.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer multi-line phone, greet visitors, assist applicants/students, manage and maintain student files, process payments, proctor exams, schedule interviews/tests, handle mail/courier, prepare reports, order supplies, and perform general office tasks.
