Support student success and retention in the nursing program by mentoring students, overseeing NCLEX preparation and remediation, coordinating tutoring and academic services, participating in admissions and graduation processes, and collaborating with faculty and campus leadership.

Provides clinical instruction to nursing students in long-term care, sub-acute, and acute settings. Develops supportive learning environments, evaluates student competency, prepares progress and grade reports, maintains attendance records, participates in faculty meetings, and completes continuing education. Requires collaboration with students and faculty, strong communication, organization, supervision, and nursing specialty expertise.

Teach and evaluate nursing students in clinical settings (long-term, sub-acute, acute). Prepare grades and attendance, supervise clinical competence, attend faculty meetings, maintain RN instructor qualifications, and support student professional development.
