Provide clinical instruction and evaluate nursing students at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites; maintain attendance and grade records; prepare progress reports; attend faculty meetings; maintain RN instructor qualifications and perform duties as assigned by program leadership.

Under direction of the Dean of Nursing, the Associate Nursing Dean mentors students, supports faculty development, coordinates tutoring and NCLEX preparation, manages graduation and academic processes, advises on leaves and course loads, participates in admissions, and performs faculty duties to improve retention and student success.
