Provide leadership for student success in the nursing program: mentor students, manage retention and academic progression, oversee NCLEX preparation and remediation, coordinate tutoring and admissions support, collaborate with faculty and campus leadership, and perform faculty duties as needed.

Oversee nursing curriculum implementation and faculty performance to achieve NCLEX outcomes. Lead faculty development, coordinate theory and clinical instruction, ensure compliance with accreditation and licensure standards, manage daily program operations, drive continuous improvement, and represent the college to external stakeholders.

Provide clinical instruction and supervision for nursing students in long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites; assess and document student competence and attendance; prepare progress and grade reports; attend faculty meetings; maintain RN instructor qualifications and perform duties assigned by program leadership.
