Designs, develops, installs, and improves electro-mechanical weld and assembly equipment for automotive manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing control panels and wiring, programming PLCs, HMIs, robots, and vision systems, managing equipment suppliers and capital projects, troubleshooting production equipment, supporting quality and safety goals, and implementing automation and continuous-improvement technologies. The role also coordinates installation, startup, project scheduling, equipment performance, and cross-functional manufacturing support.

Oversees payroll operations, timekeeping, reconciliations, audits, benefits and incentive transactions, unemployment claims, and employment verifications. Investigates discrepancies, identifies root causes, evaluates compliance and internal controls, implements process improvements, analyzes payroll trends, and prepares reports and recommendations. Maintains confidential employee information and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.

Develops and improves automotive product and die designs for manufacturability and mass production. Analyzes customer drawings, specifications, welding processes, and forming CAE results; creates countermeasures using CATIA V5 and 3DExperience. Collaborates with customers, suppliers, internal departments, and global plants to resolve production concerns, support new model development, and improve manufacturing processes. Reports project status, manages drawing data, supports weld layouts, and participates in assigned projects.
