Develops and improves automotive product and die designs for manufacturability and mass production. Analyzes customer drawings, specifications, welding processes, and forming CAE results; creates countermeasures using CATIA V5 and 3DExperience. Collaborates with customers, suppliers, internal departments, and global plants to resolve production concerns, support new model development, and improve manufacturing processes. Reports project status, manages drawing data, supports weld layouts, and participates in assigned projects.
