Assist customers with vehicle purchases by understanding their needs, presenting Honda options, conducting walk-arounds and test drives, following up through phone, text, and email, structuring deals with sales coaches, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role includes paid training and does not require automotive experience, but requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background-check and drug-screen eligibility, professionalism, and business attire.

Provides front-office administrative support in an automotive dealership by answering calls, greeting customers, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, processing documents, communicating with stakeholders, and assisting management with clerical tasks.

Leads the dealership’s Business Development Center, managing representatives, sales appointments, lead follow-up, CRM utilization, customer-opportunity generation, and performance KPIs. Reviews interactions, improves conversion and show rates, enforces accountability, handles escalations, and coordinates transitions between the BDC and showroom. The role requires automotive internet sales experience, strong leadership, CRM expertise, and the ability to balance customer experience with sales results.
