Performs oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, multi-point inspections, and routine vehicle maintenance. Inspects vehicles for safety concerns, communicates findings, follows manufacturer and dealership procedures, safely operates shop equipment, and maintains a clean work environment. Provides courteous customer service while supporting other service department personnel. Automotive experience is preferred but not required, as motivated candidates may be trained.

Administers employee leave and workers’ compensation processes, including preparing documentation, tracking deadlines, maintaining confidential records, coordinating claims and return-to-work paperwork, monitoring benefit premium obligations, and providing status updates. Communicates with employees, HR, payroll, managers, medical providers, and third-party administrators. Identifies missing information or potential protected-leave situations and escalates eligibility, accommodation, and other complex decisions to HR leadership.

Welcomes customers, demonstrates Hyundai vehicles and technology, conducts test drives, prospects for new business, follows up with leads and previous customers, manages opportunities in CRM tools, builds customer relationships, and works toward individual and team sales goals while delivering a professional buying experience.
