The role welcomes students, recent graduates, and career switchers with strong writing, organization, curiosity, adaptability, technology skills, and interest in fintech. No prior recruiting experience is required.

Supports treasury and financial operations across multiple countries by monitoring cash and liquidity, maintaining cash flow and funding models, analyzing variances, managing payment reconciliations, automating reporting, supporting compliance and controls, and improving operational processes. The role collaborates with Finance, Operations, Compliance, Legal, banks, and payment providers in a fast-paced cross-border environment.

Own AI workflows end to end, designing and deploying agentic and LLM-based systems. Build reliable production pipelines with structured outputs, validation, fallbacks, observability, evaluation, and audit trails. Partner with product, backend engineering, and customers while setting AI engineering standards, selecting models, managing cost and latency, and improving workflow quality in a regulated financial environment.
