Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, engagement, HR operations, documentation, HRIS data, employee queries, rewards, recognition, and exits. Support culture and development initiatives, improve processes using HR technology and AI tools, maintain employee data confidentiality, and assist with audits, compliance, and security controls.

Owns end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, HRIS governance, performance management, employee relations, engagement, rewards, development, policies, compliance, and people analytics. Partners with managers, HR leaders, employees, IT, and InfoSec while handling sensitive situations, audits, access management, onboarding, and offboarding. Uses HRIS, Google Workspace, data, and AI-enabled tools to improve HR effectiveness and employee experience.

Owns the backlog, requirements, evaluations, and production behavior of an AI system or workflow. Translates business needs into implementable AI specifications, defines acceptance criteria and guardrails for probabilistic outputs, manages human oversight, and supports UAT and adoption. Partners with engineering, QA, security, and business stakeholders on delivery, privacy, compliance, governance, and risk. Requires substantial product ownership experience and direct production experience with AI, ML, or LLM features.

Leads internal IT operations and the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System. Oversees identity and access, endpoint security, infrastructure, IT support, risk management, policies, audits, vulnerability remediation, incident response, business continuity, data protection, and client security assurance. Partners with Engineering, HR, Legal, auditors, clients, and leadership to maintain secure, reliable, and audit-ready operations.

Manage daily accounting tasks, ensure GST and TDS compliance, prepare accurate financial reports, assist budgeting and forecasting, operate Tally, use advanced Excel for analysis, and maintain secure financial documentation supporting ISO 27001 controls.
