Advises leadership and vendors on data maturity, security, rights, interoperability, and deployment across cloud, on-premises, and tactical edge environments. Establishes data quality standards, analyzes data flows, supports experiments and wargames, and documents technical assessments. Requires substantial data engineering experience, U.S. citizenship, and TS/SCI eligibility.

Supports federal digital modernization by administering SharePoint Online, developing Power Platform and Power BI solutions, coordinating stakeholders and project deliverables, troubleshooting platforms, creating communications and documentation, and ensuring digital content meets accessibility requirements.

Leads federal proposal pricing and financial modeling for complex professional-services pursuits, including multi-year contracts, task orders, IDIQs, GWACs, and various contract types. Conducts Price-to-Win and competitive-range analysis, evaluates staffing and solution economics, reviews BOEs, assesses subcontractor pricing, and advises capture and executive leadership. Applies FAR, DFARS, and government pricing principles while improving pricing tools, processes, intelligence repositories, and strategic pricing capabilities.

Supports federal and DoD business development, capture, and proposal activities. Monitors and qualifies opportunities, maintains CRM pipeline data, researches customers and contract vehicles, coordinates meetings and follow-ups, assists with RFIs and proposal development, and prepares briefings and trackers. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and independent remote work. It offers a path toward capture management, proposal management, or broader business development.

Supports the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Rights Directorate through technical writing, policy research, SOP and manual development, EEO data analysis, documentation modernization, and program coordination. The role gathers and organizes complex information, researches regulations, prepares responses to Government taskers and data requests, tracks milestones, coordinates stakeholders, and develops reports, briefings, charts, and other program products.
