Leads strategy, governance, performance management, business process improvement, analytics, and information management activities for CISA. Serves as project manager and contractor point of contact, coordinating cross-functional work, strategic planning, KPI development, risk assessment, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and performance improvement initiatives. Requires strong project leadership, technical writing, data analysis, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft tools, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, and PMP certification.

Designs and evaluates data architectures, ETL pipelines, storage strategies, and governance practices supporting Marine Corps AI capabilities. Advises leadership and vendors on data maturity, security, rights, interoperability, and deployment across cloud, on-premises, and tactical edge environments. Establishes data quality standards, analyzes data flows, supports experiments and wargames, and documents technical assessments. Requires substantial data engineering experience, U.S. citizenship, and TS/SCI eligibility.

Supports federal digital modernization by administering SharePoint Online, developing Power Platform and Power BI solutions, coordinating stakeholders and project deliverables, troubleshooting platforms, creating communications and documentation, and ensuring digital content meets accessibility requirements.
