Manage delivery of consumer-facing features for J.Crew Group websites using Agile and waterfall methods. Lead scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release coordination, and vendor integrations. Analyze sales and inventory data, create allocation plans, collaborate with planning, merchandising, and store teams, and continuously improve allocation processes to support business goals.

The Junior Copywriter will create promotional and inclusive copy, conduct research, support copy assignments, and adapt the brand voice while staying updated on industry trends.

Support Associate Designer and Design Director to develop accessories and gift products (jewelry, socks, soft goods, seasonal novelties). Research trends, create concept/color stories, prepare presentation boards, technical sketches and CAD artwork, and collaborate with Technical Design, Production, and cross-functional partners to maintain design intent through development and production.

Senior Proofreader ensures accuracy and brand consistency across digital, print, and in-store marketing. Reviews promotional offers, pricing, legal disclaimers, and copy for grammar, style, punctuation, and formatting. Collaborates with Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising and Legal, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Manage in-season production activities for denim, coordinate vendors and internal teams from concept through delivery, maintain time-and-action calendars and cost charts, track samples and fit corrections, negotiate costs, and ensure deadlines, quality, and design standards are met.

Support product development and production by tracking approvals and lab dips, collecting time-and-action data, monitoring vendor work-in-process and shipping exceptions, liaising with vendors and internal teams to ensure style accuracy, presenting prototype samples for customs review, and maintaining development and production reports.

Develop and execute department financial plans to optimize sales, margin, and inventory. Build preseason and in-season forecasts, analyze sell-through and inventory ratios, lead OTB meetings, and partner with Merchandising and Allocation to drive pricing, receipt management, and product flow decisions.

Support Women's Cut & Sew Knits design team from concept through production: assist with seasonal concepts, trend research, CAD sketches, tech packs, sample tracking, lab dips, and cross-functional fittings to ensure design integrity and timely product development.
