Lead and develop a distribution center team to meet production and quality targets. Coach, train, and evaluate associates; monitor staffing, merchandise flow, budget and payroll; conduct meetings; maintain personnel records; resolve associate issues; drive continuous cost-saving and operational improvements.

Support financial planning by building and managing preseason and in-season sales, margin, and inventory plans. Provide weekly performance updates, forecast adjustments, sell-through analysis, and pricing/promotional recommendations. Collaborate with Merchandising, Allocation, and Assortment Planning and present insights to cross-functional partners to optimize product flow and profitability.

Lead inventory allocation across stores and channels to optimize product availability and minimize markdowns. Analyze sales and inventory data, create allocation plans, collaborate with planning, merchandising, and store teams, and continuously improve allocation processes to support business goals.
