Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Belleville facility, assist HR and payroll teams, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, maintain attendance and employee records, support payroll data entry and backup payroll processing, organize events and training, respond to employee inquiries, and complete special projects to support HR operations.

Perform sanitation duties in a meat/seafood processing facility, including hand-scrubbing, hosing, cleaning walls, floors, tables and equipment. Work with chemicals and production machinery, follow PPE and food safety/GMP procedures, complete safety training, and handle physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving sanitation equipment.

Manage development, implementation, and maintenance of HACCP and GFSI quality systems. Monitor standards across production, shipping, receiving, and packaging. Lead audits, training, document control, records, SOP creation, KPI monitoring, and collaborate with CFIA, QA, and operations to resolve food safety issues.
