Perform sanitation duties in a meat/seafood processing facility, including hand-scrubbing, hosing, cleaning walls, floors, tables and equipment. Work with chemicals and production machinery, follow PPE and food safety/GMP procedures, complete safety training, and handle physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving sanitation equipment.

Perform installation, alignment, inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial machinery (pumps, conveyors, fans, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, PLCs). Fabricate parts with machine tools, assemble equipment, follow blueprints, and support preventive/predictive maintenance and turnaround activities. Must work shift schedule.

Manage development, implementation, and maintenance of HACCP and GFSI quality systems. Monitor standards across production, shipping, receiving, and packaging. Lead audits, training, document control, records, SOP creation, KPI monitoring, and collaborate with CFIA, QA, and operations to resolve food safety issues.
