Execute customer freight orders, schedule pickups/deliveries, track loads, and resolve customer issues to ensure on-time, damage-free service and accurate billing while fostering customer relationships and maximizing freight potential.

Responsible for contacting prospective customers and selling J.B. Hunt solutions, onboarding new clients, and developing account strategies.

Owns assigned accounts and drives new business by prospecting, cold calling, meeting executive decision-makers, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating internal teams to implement transportation solutions (DCS, FMS, LTL). Monitors account health, customer KPIs, revenue quality, and contract adherence. Regular travel to customer sites required.
