Job Summary:

Under general supervision, the Implementation Manager serves as the liaison between the customer and internal software development and operations teams to ensure successful execution at the account level by creating project implementation plans, providing status reports, and developing a project regimen. The incumbent simultaneously monitors multiple projects are completed on time, within budget, and meets objectives.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist account personnel and be the key point of contact for change management during new implementation plans.

• Travel to customer sites for discovery, configuration, and training.

• Manage the project timeline, progress updates, presentations, and customer documents from creation to review; identify and surface potential implementation issues.

• Lay the foundation to build customer retention and increase customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the resolution of problems.

• Compile input into a value stream process map.

• Provide support to customers post-implementation.

• Remain updated on latest product features and functionality; provide end-user training for successful use.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • With at least 5 years combination of education, experience, and training, and/or military equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Technology, Transportation Logistics, Communication, Engineering, or a related field and at least 5 years combination of education, experience, and training.

  • Demonstrated process mapping skills.

  • Ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business.

  • Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

  • Ability to work with minimal direction.

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.

Benefits:

The Company offers the following benefits for full-time positions, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, as may be in effect from time to time: medical benefit, dental benefit, vision benefit, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off commensurate with tenure (includes vacation and sick time), six weeks of paid maternity leave along with two weeks of paid parental leave, and six paid holidays annually.
