Leads biostatistical strategy, design, analysis, validation, and reporting for Phase I–IV clinical trials and regulatory submissions. Develops statistical analysis plans, programs simulations and analyses, interprets data, and supports integrated reporting. Collaborates with clinical, data management, programming, regulatory, and research teams, including agency interactions. Manages external vendors, contributes to department standards, presents results, and may supervise statisticians and direct reports. Oncology experience, regulatory knowledge, and expertise in SAS, R, and CDISC standards are required.

Oversee US corporate tax operations, including ASC 740 tax accounting, federal and state compliance, audit defense, tax planning, international tax matters, M&A support, and tax governance. Lead external tax advisors, manage cross-functional projects, support acquisitions and integrations, maintain SOX controls, and provide technical guidance on complex US, Canadian, and Japanese tax issues.

Establish and mature a global FP&A Planning Excellence capability, including planning governance, forecasting methodologies, budgeting and rolling forecast cadence, accrual and actuals controls, and continuous improvement. The role leads Oracle EPM adoption, planning process standardization, automation, stakeholder alignment, and SOX-related governance. It also manages and develops approximately ten finance professionals, builds succession capability, and implements a sustainable operating model across Global Finance during a 12-month fixed-term assignment.
