Provides executive and administrative support to multiple senior leaders through calendar management, scheduling, prioritization, expense reporting, vendor coordination, meeting preparation, and project coordination. The role requires managing confidential information, supporting activities across time zones, preparing polished PowerPoint presentations, and coordinating department events and special projects. This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week onsite in San Diego.

Manages clinical trial budgets across the R&D portfolio, including financial planning, accruals, journal entries, contract reviews, reporting, controls, and process improvement. Partners with Clinical Operations, Project Management, Tech Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial management and alignment with company policies. Serves as the subject matter expert for clinical trial financial systems, including Oracle, and provides financial guidance for trial activities.

Manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, accruals, journal entries, contracts, and financial modeling for pharmaceutical R&D and clinical trial programs. Partner with project teams to monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, ensure internal controls, and provide financial insights supporting portfolio and pipeline decisions.
