Designs and executes in vitro efficacy, mechanism-of-action, target validation, and biomarker studies for oncology therapeutics (emphasis on RTK/HER2). Manages cell culture, creates engineered stable/inducible/CRISPR-modified lines and reporters, documents data, supports publications and presentations, and advances multiple projects with minimal supervision.
