Lead the Campaign Planning and Automation global capability: define vision and roadmap, translate business needs into measurable capability solutions, partner with tech and business stakeholders, manage backlog and delivery (Agile), monitor adoption and KPIs, and optimize omnichannel campaign execution across SFMC and Marketing CRM.
