Supports end-to-end recruitment, including candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, coordination, offers, and hiring-manager collaboration. Provides international HR operations support across onboarding, offboarding, records, documentation, compliance, and employee requests. Improves HR workflows through automation, AI tools, systems optimization, SOPs, templates, and process improvements. Works remotely with colleagues across multiple countries and contributes to candidate experience and HR process efficiency.

Follow up with leads and clients by phone and email, answer questions, organize client information, maintain sales follow-ups, and support the sales team throughout the sales process. The role requires fluent English, strong communication, organization, initiative, and comfort with sales conversations. It is remote from Mexico and follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Manage and strengthen the JayWay brand across marketing and guest-facing communications. Evaluate guest experiences, research partnerships, coordinate cross-functional projects, organize timelines and budgets, maintain brand resources, monitor trends and competitors, and support timely, high-quality project delivery. The role requires strong communication, organization, commercial judgment, analytical thinking, and proactive ownership across brand, partnerships, guest experience, and marketing operations.
