Process purchase requisitions and orders, manage vendor onboarding and approvals, maintain supplier records, coordinate materials and deliveries, ensure contractual and FAR compliance, resolve purchasing and invoice discrepancies, provide stakeholder updates, and use Oracle NetSuite to support procurement across multiple projects.

Develop compliant, persuasive proposal content for federal (DoD) solicitations. Lead and write technical, transition, and management volumes; translate complex technical concepts into evaluator-focused narratives; manage multiple proposals, adjudicate reviewer comments, support capture planning, maintain proposal libraries, and assist transition of awarded projects while ensuring consistency and responsiveness under tight deadlines.

Entry-level CAD Drafter/Designer responsible for creating 2D floor plans and construction details in AutoCAD, performing basic Revit modeling, developing part models in Inventor, managing files with PDM/Vault, updating 2D/3D components, supporting document control, and assisting with electrical schematics and layouts under senior guidance.

Support project execution by producing and maintaining schedules, coordinating teams, managing procurement logs and submittals, and communicating project status. Ensure specifications and customer requirements are met, prepare status reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to minimize scope creep and meet project objectives.
