Teams at Jaxon Engineering & Maintenance

Develops, tests, deploys, documents, and maintains software across its full life cycle. Contributes to Python and MERN projects, front-end and back-end solutions, testing architecture, legacy application troubleshooting, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Supports field software installation and on-site debugging, with approximately 5% travel. Requires collaboration, customer support, process improvement, and independent time management.

Coordinates sustainment projects from planning through delivery by developing schedules, objectives, specifications, and responsibilities. Manages customer communication, project submittals, procurement and deliverable trackers, RFIs, change management, and status reporting. The role requires plan-reading and project coordination skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, willingness to obtain a U.S. passport and DoD clearance, and ability to perform physically demanding field tasks and operate construction equipment.

Support project execution by producing and maintaining schedules, coordinating teams, managing procurement logs and submittals, and communicating project status. Ensure specifications and customer requirements are met, prepare status reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to minimize scope creep and meet project objectives.
