Supervises food-service employees throughout opening, shift operations, and closing. Oversees front- and back-line roles, cash handling, catering and delivery coordination, customer orders, staffing, and operational effectiveness. Requires at least six months of supervisory experience, preferably in food service, along with basic math, communication, food-safety compliance, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly.

Supervise restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service, staffing, training, product quality, safety and compliance. Assist GM with recruiting, scheduling, inventory, financial monitoring, local marketing, paperwork, corrective actions, maintenance, and special projects to support restaurant performance and staff development.
