Perform and manage testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) for commercial HVAC and water systems. Field-verify and troubleshoot air/water systems, prepare pre-TAB documents and final TAB reports, communicate with project teams, assist and train technicians, and ensure on-site delivery of TAB services with company equipment.

Provide high-level administrative support to leadership: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle expense reports and DOB filings, maintain licenses/PDH tracking, support office events, and safeguard confidential information while collaborating with firmwide stakeholders.

Lead electrical design for tenant fit-outs and base building upgrades: produce riser diagrams, schedules, floor plans, and specifications; assemble contract documents and equipment room layouts; design ancillary systems (UPS, generators, pumps); review shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders; perform site visits and punch-lists; coordinate across trades and support project scheduling to meet technical and financial goals.

Lead electrical engineering design and delivery for complex healthcare projects from concept through construction. Act as client contact, manage project documents and deliverables, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, handle design changes and approvals, and support financial management and business development to ensure technical quality and project success.
