Eight-week, in-person engineering internship supporting active building-design projects across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Interns work with mentors, visit job sites, learn engineering design software, collaborate with project teams, and participate in networking and professional development activities. The program is available in New York, Boston, and Philadelphia.

Manages daily Boston office operations, reception, vendors, supplies, facilities, calendars, events, onboarding, executive support, employee engagement, CRM and learning platforms, and emergency preparedness. Coordinates internal and external events, office moves, communications, and safety procedures while partnering with Marketing and HR. Requires five-day onsite work with limited Friday flexibility and occasional evening event coverage.

Leads electrical design for tenant fit-outs, base-building projects, and infrastructure upgrades. Develops design criteria, basis-of-design documents, contract drawings, schedules, riser diagrams, and specifications.
