Lead MEP design for tenant fit-outs and building upgrades, produce contract documents, coordinate cross-discipline teams, review shop drawings/RFIs, perform site visits, mentor junior staff, support proposals and project schedules, and ensure code-compliant, on-time delivery.

Lead coordination of RFP/RFQ responses from kickoff to delivery, developing, writing, editing, and formatting proposals, SF330s, resumes and collateral. Manage marketing content indexes, image library and photography scheduling, update intranet and CRM, maintain Meltwater reporting and Boolean searches, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with technical teams and Senior Manager to refine BD approaches.

Lead and manage electrical design projects from concept through completion, mentor and direct engineering staff, and serve as the Boston electrical technical authority. Drive business development and client relationships for the Boston market, manage project documentation and construction-phase activities, and establish technical standards for the office.
