Leads procurement of paper and other raw materials for print manufacturing, managing supplier relationships, negotiations, purchase orders, inventory targets, pricing, and supply continuity. Analyzes market trends and supplier performance, supports strategic initiatives, coordinates FSC certification audits, ensures compliance, and collaborates with production, scheduling, finance, and purchasing teams to optimize costs and resolve supply issues.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. Greets visitors, manages calls, distributes mail and deliveries, maintains the reception area and supplies, coordinates conference rooms, and provides general administrative support while maintaining front-desk coverage.

Provide first-level hardware and software support for a 24/7 operation: log and escalate issues, image and deploy desktops/laptops, support printers, phones, and mobile devices, maintain documentation, train new employees, participate in on-call rotation and process improvement activities.

Serve as a strategic Account Manager supporting sales to retain and expand high-value client relationships. Prepare quotes and proposals, coordinate onboarding, maintain CRM and pipeline, mentor customer success team members, manage pricing and billing, conduct business reviews, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive continuous revenue growth.
