Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure onboarding success, respond to inquiries, coordinate orders in the ERP, monitor customer health, recommend optimizations and upsells, provide performance insights, and collaborate across teams to drive retention and growth.

Operate and assist with commercial web press setups and runs on night shift, monitor quality, perform wash-ups and maintenance, stage materials, document production, and support/training under the 1st Pressman.

Lead general accounting, AP, AR/collections, and month-end close. Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and financial packages. Oversee payroll review, internal controls, audits, ERP improvements, budgeting, and tax coordination. Supervise and develop accounting staff and drive process improvements and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Prepare and integrate personalized data into print layouts for direct mail campaigns, preflight and optimize files for 4-color variable print, ensure USPS compliance, troubleshoot data/DP issues, collaborate with sales/customer service, and mentor other specialists.

Ensure color accuracy across production by visually and instrumentally verifying prints, supporting customer press checks, maintaining calibration and proofing systems, documenting color processes, resolving issues with Prepress/Pressroom/Quality, and delivering color training and ISO-compliant quality documentation.

Serve as a strategic Account Manager supporting sales to retain and expand high-value client relationships. Prepare quotes and proposals, coordinate onboarding, maintain CRM and pipeline, mentor customer success team members, manage pricing and billing, conduct business reviews, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive continuous revenue growth.

Operate and assist with setup, maintenance, and run-quality of commercial web presses. Support the 1st Pressman with register adjustments, proofs, wash-ups, color changes, material staging, production documentation, and training/back-up duties to ensure timely, high-quality print production.

Provide first-level hardware and software support across a 24/7 operation: log and escalate issues, image and deploy desktops/laptops, support printers, phones, and mobile devices, maintain documentation, train new employees, participate in on-call rotation and process improvement efforts.
