Operate and lead production on commercial heatset web presses during the night shift. Responsibilities include press setup, plate mounting, registration and ink adjustments, color quality decisions, troubleshooting, maintenance, production reporting, and minimizing waste. The 1st Pressman directs 2nd Pressmen and roll tenders, ensures jobs meet customer specifications, and maintains safe, efficient production schedules.

Provide first-level hardware and software support for a 24/7 operation: log and escalate issues, image and deploy desktops/laptops, support printers, phones, and mobile devices, maintain documentation, train new employees, participate in on-call rotation and process improvement activities.

Prepare and integrate personalized data into print layouts for direct mail campaigns, preflight and optimize files for 4-color variable print, ensure USPS compliance, troubleshoot data/DP issues, collaborate with sales/customer service, and mentor other specialists.
