Manage design-build projects from pre-design through construction: lead client and stakeholder communication, coordinate architects/engineers/subcontractors, control budgets/estimates and schedules, enforce quality, safety, and code compliance, and mitigate project risks to deliver projects up to $15M.

Install, finish, repair, and texture drywall and acoustical ceilings. Read plans, measure and cut materials, assemble framework, use powered and powder-actuated tools, work at heights, follow safety rules, and perform other assigned construction duties.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex design-build construction projects. Manage client relationships, schedules, budgets, risk, quality, safety, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects (up to $50M) on time and within budget.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and talent lifecycle for JHI Group Inc., including sourcing, ATS management, campus recruiting, onboarding, co-op program oversight, candidate evaluation, and retention initiatives. Partner with hiring managers, schools, and internal teams to build pipelines, coordinate interviews, present offers, and ensure positive new-hire experiences.
