Provides general HR support, employee engagement assistance, training coordination, HR communications, performance review support, and administrative assistance to the HR Director while maintaining accurate ATS and personnel documentation.

Support business growth by researching prospects, generating leads, initiating outreach, and maintaining pipeline in CRM. Expand client relationships, assist leadership with proposals and market research, coordinate cross-functional efforts, attend industry events, and represent the company professionally.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex design-build construction projects. Manage client relationships, schedules, budgets, risk, quality, safety, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects (up to $50M) on time and within budget.
