Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, discovery, proposals, negotiations, closing, renewals, expansions, account planning, forecasting, and customer engagement. The role manages the full B2B sales cycle, maintains Salesforce data, and collaborates with Customer Success, Legal, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive retention and revenue growth.

Serve as Janes’ senior architecture authority within Engineering, connecting enterprise strategy to solution design and delivery. Lead architecture governance, forums, standards, roadmaps, decision records, and transition plans across AWS-based data and product platforms. Partner with engineering, security, product, service, commercial, and customer teams to manage risks, dependencies, technical debt, and architectural trade-offs while ensuring secure, practical, customer-focused outcomes.

Drive growth across UK Defence and National Security customers by selling Janes software, data, and intelligence solutions. Build qualified pipelines, develop complex multi-stakeholder opportunities, manage account plans and forecasts, lead customer engagements, and negotiate enterprise agreements. The role requires understanding customer missions, engaging senior government stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and expanding existing customer adoption. Regular UK travel will comprise approximately 30–50% of working time.

Leads the APAC Solutions Engineering team while contributing hands-on technical expertise to customer integrations and solution delivery. Responsibilities include team management, data and system integration, graph-based solutions, technical advisory, product implementation, gap analysis, presales support, and alignment of Janes intelligence data with customer architectures and operational requirements. The role also supports standards development, partner and market intelligence, and strategic expansion across defense, intelligence, and government customers.
