Partner with Market Owners and leadership on strategic priorities, performance tracking, forecasting, growth opportunities, and data-driven decisions. Lead product design for Jane’s Activation team, improving clinic discovery, signup, onboarding, setup, and first-90-day experiences. Use user research, behavioral data, experimentation, and activation metrics to reduce friction, improve conversion and retention, and accelerate customer value. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data partners, and designers while aligning stakeholders and communicating decisions through compelling storytelling. Apply AI in daily design workflows and contribute to a high-growth SaaS environment.

Provide strategic executive support to multiple leadership team members by managing calendars, communications, competing priorities, travel, offsites, and onsite logistics. Build trusted executive partnerships, anticipate needs, explain scheduling decisions, coordinate across teams and vendors, and improve operational workflows. Use AI tools to draft communications, analyze calendars, and research logistics while reviewing all outputs. The role requires discretion, emotional intelligence, resilience, strong organization, and comfort operating independently in an evolving environment.

Lead product strategy for platform infrastructure, developer enablement, and customer-facing surfaces. Grow and mentor senior PMs, set transparent prioritization, partner with engineering and design, and translate technical complexity into business-ready narratives that secure funding and drive customer outcomes.

Lead design and implementation of Jane's customer data infrastructure: own event collection, pipelines, CDP tooling, schema governance, identity resolution, and attribution. Work cross-functionally with marketing, BI, product, and engineering to set standards, evaluate tooling (e.g., RudderStack), ensure privacy-compliant instrumentation, and build reliable, consistent data delivery to the warehouse.

Lead SMB and self-serve demand generation across paid media, website strategy, SEO, AEO, lifecycle marketing, and AI-driven growth initiatives. Manage a team of channel experts, optimize acquisition and activation with Growth Product, define measurement and attribution strategies, collaborate with Sales and Support, and build scalable programs that drive revenue and customer growth.

Provide practical legal advice to a global SaaS company across commercial contracts, privacy and healthcare regulation, litigation, employment, corporate governance, law enforcement requests, IP, and brand enforcement. Build scalable AI-enabled legal processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risk, draft and negotiate agreements, and mentor colleagues.

Provide high-quality, real-time customer support, lead demos and onboarding, troubleshoot billing and insurance issues, and tailor communication across phone, chat, and video while learning deeply about the product and improving processes.

The Director of Product Management will lead product strategy across infrastructure, software enablement, and customer-facing platforms, enhancing both technical and user experience while managing a team of product managers.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Jane's AI-powered platform products, drive pricing and packaging, develop positioning and messaging, run cross-functional launches, translate customer insights into product direction, and represent the company at industry events to drive adoption and revenue.

Build and ship AI agents and automation workflows for Customer Support, identify operational friction, and manage production quality and performance. Own the knowledge base, taxonomy, and customer self-service experience while analyzing support data to improve answers and identify product gaps. Lead a small team, partner cross-functionally with AI, Product, Marketing, and Support stakeholders, and report on efficiency, quality, retention, and conversion metrics.

Own the marketing website strategy and roadmap, align content/design/engineering, run CRO/A-B testing and experimentation, drive SEO/answer-engine presence, analyze analytics and web tagging to improve discovery and conversion, and partner with product marketing and platform teams to deliver a coherent, high-performing web experience.

Work hands-on to harden endpoints, identities, and data protection: manage EDR and CIS baselines, perform incident response and on-call duties, improve identity and access controls (Okta, FIDO2), tune SIEM detections (Datadog), and build AI/automation to reduce toil while partnering cross-functionally with IT and engineering.

Run inbound website checkup calls, give actionable SEO and website recommendations, nurture warm leads in Close CRM, and grow into product demos across Jane Websites, SEO, Social Plus, and Google Ads. Use Claude for call prep and follow-ups and prioritize fit-first, consultative conversations.

Work alongside senior billers to follow up on claim statuses, post payments from ERAs/EOBs, log and categorize denials, prepare patient statements, and maintain internal documentation to support revenue cycle operations.

Lead Jane's business systems strategy: consolidate tool inventory, lead procurement, set configuration standards, design integrations and pipelines, partner with execs and Analytics to ensure reliable data flows and scalable, AI-enabled system solutions.

Lead Booking engineering (five teams) to deliver high-scale scheduling, booking, communications, telehealth, and marketplace systems. Hire and grow engineering leaders, shape technical and AI strategy (agentic workflows, evals), drive high-velocity delivery with quality, partner with Product and Design, and scale the org through new product lines and rising customer demand.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for payments and AI-powered features; drive pricing and packaging; develop positioning and messaging; run cross-functional launches; synthesize customer and market insights to influence product and commercial strategy; represent Jane at events.

Build platform tools and shared infrastructure that accelerate developer productivity across the org, drive safe agent-authored code into production, embed with product teams to remove development friction, and measure impact. Own platform design, adoption, and communication to help ~300 developers ship faster.
