Lead strategic direction and operational management of Aeronautical Information Management including NOTAM, flight planning, mapping, obstacle evaluation, AIM automation, quality management (ISO 9001:2015), and coordination with ATM/MET. Oversee AIS-to-AIM transition, staff training and scheduling, regulatory compliance with ICAO and national regulations, budget and workplan development, and stakeholder liaison to ensure safe, accurate aeronautical information services.

Ensure Air Navigation Services (ANS) meet safety and compliance standards through audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, database maintenance, corrective action monitoring, safety promotion, and documentation support focused on Air Traffic Management operations.
