Lead and maintain the art quality bar for RuneScape: DragonWilds across internal and external teams. Establish artistic vision, create style guides, provide actionable feedback, improve multidisciplinary art pipelines, mentor artists, and coordinate asset delivery with production. The role requires extensive end-to-end PC or console game development experience and hands-on knowledge across multiple disciplines including environments, characters, concept art, technical art, UI, VFX, or animation.
