The Community Manager will serve as the Old School RuneScape community expert, advising designers on player reactions, managing forums, Reddit, Discord, and social media, and representing players internally. Responsibilities include producing livestreams, videos, and podcasts; managing influencer, partner, and volunteer relationships; monitoring sentiment and engagement; and supporting community events. The role requires deep current game knowledge, strong communication, public-speaking confidence, resilience, and permanent UK work authorization without sponsorship.

Lead AWS cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure initiatives supporting live game, web, and backend systems. Design and implement reliable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, provide production support across Linux, networking, data centers, and cloud environments, and contribute to architectural decisions. Mentor engineers, improve platform reliability, maintain CI/CD infrastructure, and participate in a one-week-in-five on-call rotation.
