Design and lead scalable, secure integration architectures on Boomi. Produce HLD/LLD, define API and event-driven patterns, implement integrations across ERP/CRM/HCM/SaaS/on‑prem/cloud, establish CI/CD/DevOps and governance, mentor teams, support presales and customer workshops.

Design, develop, and troubleshoot integration mappings (IDoc, SOAP, REST, RFC) in SAP CPI/PI-PO. Perform data transformations using graphical mapping, XSLT, or Java, collaborate with teams to gather requirements, conduct unit/integration testing, maintain documentation, and support existing interfaces and data flows.

Lead development and implementation of ServiceNow applications (ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/ITBM/SecOps), build workflows, scripts, portals and dashboards using JavaScript/Bootstrap/Angular, perform integrations, monitor platform health/compliance, resolve user issues, deploy/validate patches and participate in development, testing and production problem-solving.
