Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues from ticket intake through resolution. Reproduce problems, identify root causes, develop workarounds, and communicate clearly with customers. The role also requires analytical debugging, collaboration, and basic familiarity with AI/ML and LLM technologies.

Performs manual and automated testing, develops and maintains Java-based test automation, executes regression and exploratory testing, analyzes failures, tracks defects, and improves test coverage. Collaborates with development and product teams in an Agile environment while preparing test cases, execution reports, and quality status updates.

Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Build REST and SOAP APIs with RAML and DataWeave, integrate databases and SaaS platforms, implement security and monitoring, troubleshoot production issues, support CI/CD deployments, and collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and onshore teams.
