Maintains a safe and secure facility environment by monitoring entrances, verifying access, managing visitor sign-ins, supervising youth during pickup, mediating conflicts, patrolling for hazards, responding to emergencies, answering phones, documenting incidents, and supporting opening and closing procedures.

Oversee and implement youth program content aligned with COMPASS and DYCD standards. Develop curricula and lesson plans, supervise and coach program staff, conduct observations, coordinate professional development, monitor program quality, support evaluation and reporting, and maintain accurate participant and outcome data.

Lead and supervise K-6 afterschool participants, write lesson plans, facilitate educational/artistic/recreational activities, track attendance and documentation, ensure child safety, prepare learning environment, evaluate student growth, collaborate with team, and comply with DOH/OCFS standards.

Lead resident engagement at an assigned NYCHA development: recruit and manage resident teams, design and implement engagement plans, facilitate meetings and public events, build referral and mutual-aid networks, coordinate place-keeping projects, track activities and reporting, manage stipends and administrative tasks, and partner with city agencies and community stakeholders to advance resident-driven safety and quality-of-life initiatives.
