The Human Resources Manager leads HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll oversight, compliance, employee engagement, and HR reporting. The role develops HR strategies, manages metrics and dashboards, advises managers and employees, oversees recruitment partnerships and staffing agencies, and supports organizational development and risk mitigation. The manager reports to the Director of Human Resources and supervises HR functions for an organization of 100 or more employees.
