Enter and maintain new-business and engagement data in the NBI system (Intapp Open), extract relevant details from legal documents (complaints, EEOC/NLRB charges, demand letters, agreements), submit and track matter opening and maintenance requests, update engagement records, extract billing/rate info, and respond to attorney and staff inquiries while ensuring data integrity and compliance with firm/client policies.

Provides first-contact phone, email, and deskside IT support to attorneys and business professionals. Resolves application, desktop, hardware, telecom, infrastructure, and operating-system issues; documents tickets; maintains issue ownership through escalation or closure; supports system changes, imaging, projects, and service-level objectives.
