Leads the firmwide knowledge management strategy and a team of knowledge management attorneys. Oversees legal content, precedents, playbooks, intranet resources, governance, quality control, AI-ready assets, technology adoption, and practice enablement. Partners with practice leaders and cross-functional teams to improve attorney productivity, knowledge reuse, service consistency, onboarding, and client value. Establishes team goals, manages performance, measures impact through KPIs, and drives continuous improvement across legal practices and industry groups.

Provides local office support by managing mail and packages, document reproduction, office equipment, supplies, conference rooms, kitchen areas, file storage, and general office upkeep. Coordinates service calls, reports maintenance issues, assists with furniture and box moves, and delivers professional customer service and administrative assistance. Requires professional services experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, basic equipment troubleshooting, physical lifting ability, organization, reliability, and attention to detail.

Oversee daily administration and operations across the Miami, New Orleans, and San Juan offices. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, managing recruitment and onboarding, coordinating evaluations and leave processes, monitoring expenses and budgets, managing workflows and office services, partnering with HR, IT, Facilities, Marketing, and Finance, supporting firmwide initiatives, and serving as an office technology escalation point.
