Enter and maintain new-business and engagement data in the NBI system (Intapp Open), extract relevant details from legal documents (complaints, EEOC/NLRB charges, demand letters, agreements), submit and track matter opening and maintenance requests, update engagement records, extract billing/rate info, and respond to attorney and staff inquiries while ensuring data integrity and compliance with firm/client policies.

Provide backend support for Talent Acquisition: coordinate interviews across time zones, maintain ATS data integrity (Workday), manage recruiting metrics and vendors, support reporting and process documentation, and handle ad hoc TA projects to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Manage daily office operations for San Diego and Sacramento, supervise and develop support staff, oversee recruitment/onboarding/offboarding, administer budgets and expense review, liaise with IT/HR/Facilities/Marketing, coordinate firm initiatives and trainings, and ensure policy compliance.
