Develops application, data, API, integration, automation, and AI architectures connecting legal and business systems. Establishes technology standards, governance, documentation, and reusable design patterns; evaluates emerging legal technologies and generative AI solutions; and partners with business, innovation, knowledge management, security, and IT teams to improve legal service delivery and operational efficiency.

Supports daily local office operations by managing mail and packages, office supplies, equipment, conference rooms, kitchen areas, files, and general workspace upkeep. Performs document processing, minor equipment troubleshooting, service scheduling, inventory management, and facilities issue reporting. Provides professional customer service and administrative assistance while handling occasional lifting, moving, and file distribution tasks.

Manage eDiscovery for complex and global litigations, investigations, and regulatory inquiries. Develop workflows using Relativity, vendor platforms, TAR, predictive coding, and early case assessment. Advise stakeholders on eDiscovery strategies, support negotiations and motion practice, improve client workflows and policies, train teams, implement cost-saving processes, and create ESI protocols, protective orders, review protocols, and training materials.
