Directs and implements the hospital Infection Prevention Program, coordinates infection control data collection and quality improvement, ensures regulatory compliance, communicates results to leadership and clinical staff, and leads related education, committee participation, and staff development while maintaining physical and administrative duties.

Schedule operative and endoscopic procedures, confirm privileges and resource availability, manage notifications for new cases/add-ons/changes/cancellations, coordinate block time with clinical and revenue leadership, print/fax confirmations, update schedules, provide clerical support, answer patient calls, and maintain positive communication with physicians and staff.

Performs high-quality echocardiograms, coordinates documentation for physician interpretation and billing, schedules studies, completes required training, and ensures timely study completion. Moves and operates echo equipment, maintains patient communication, and meets physical and typing requirements. Completes certifications and required life support training within specified timeframes.

Assist RN with planning, setup, and turnover for endoscopy procedures; perform direct patient care (phlebotomy, vitals, transport), decontaminate and manage scopes/equipment, document findings, support supply management, and maintain competency and mandatory training.

Provides clinical coordination and education for Critical Care, Progressive Care, and Cardiac Step-Down units. Assists managers with patient care issues, serves as a clinical resource on shift, ensures staff competency and compliance with required education, and partners with Professional Development to assess clinical competencies.

Transport inpatients to and from Radiology using wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds; assist patients in the department, deliver supplies, and help with image processing. Requires physical stamina and BLS certification.

Manage revenue integrity and charge master processes to ensure accurate charge capture, compliance with federal/state/private payer regulations, lead system implementations, staff training, workflow optimization, and assist with departmental budgeting and projects.

Provide pharmaceutical care by evaluating and recommending drug therapy, educating patients and staff, entering orders, dispensing medications and IV solutions, supervising technical staff, and checking all technical work before doses are dispensed.

Provide perioperative nursing care as an RN Circulator in the operating room: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care each shift; manage personnel, supplies, and equipment; collaborate with the healthcare team. Full-time day shift with call rotation.

Serve as a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison coordinating medication access, adherence, and communication between providers, patients, and pharmacy teams. Investigate and resolve complex customer service issues, serve as primary contact for health plans and service centers, and work onsite in clinical environments to ensure timely, compassionate specialty medication support.

Full-time staff accountant supporting monthly financial statement preparation, fixed asset accounting, general ledger analysis, sales and use tax reporting, and Medical Clinic Board accounting functions; provides support to administrative staff and cashiers.

Perform CT examinations including chart review, patient care, technical scanning, image processing, and patient screening. Maintain data logs and operate CT equipment and injectors. Provide safe patient handling and meet physical demands of the role.
