Directs 24-hour planning and operations for Women's Services, including a labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum unit, triage, and Level II nursery. Oversees patient-care quality, staffing, financial control, regulatory compliance, professional development, and collaboration with physicians, administration, and hospital staff. The role manages two assistant managers and two educator/clinical coordinators while supporting approximately 70–80 deliveries monthly.

Provides comprehensive nursing care for nursery patients during assigned shifts, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Oversees assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment while collaborating with the healthcare team and meeting nursing standards of practice. This is a part-time position requiring two 12-hour shifts per week.

Under RN direction, the Nursing Support Technician provides patient care, respiratory functions, and unit support while following hospital policies, protocols, and procedures. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, Basic Life Support certification, and completion of a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Technician program. Relevant job experience or training may also be considered.
