Manage full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, compliance monitoring, renewals, and repository management. Manage marketing for revenue-generating profit centers (F&B, Retail & Rental, Mountain Sports School). Build stakeholder relationships, develop campaigns and promotions, coordinate projects and creative production, execute and optimize paid advertising across Meta and Google, manage budgets and vendors, report performance, and support department-wide initiatives aligned with seasonal business goals.

Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Lyric and Workforce Manager, maintain payroll records and reports, handle W2/W2C distribution, track PTO/sick accruals, enter reimbursements in Sage Intacct, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, and support employees and managers on payroll issues.

Lead and manage stewarding operations across multiple food & beverage outlets, ensuring sanitation, equipment maintenance, staffing, inventory control, event support, safety compliance, and training while partnering with banquet and outlet leadership.
