Manage full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, compliance monitoring, renewals, and repository management. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders to mitigate risk, validate financial terms, support audits and M&A diligence, maintain templates and CLM tools, and train internal teams.

Manage group, wholesale, and ticketing sales for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort: handle proposals, bookings, billing, ticket fulfillment and delivery, support ticket office staffing, coordinate cross-departmentally, assist with shows/travel, and maintain account records and sales reporting.

Lead and manage stewarding operations across multiple food & beverage outlets, ensuring sanitation, equipment maintenance, staffing, inventory control, event support, safety compliance, and training while partnering with banquet and outlet leadership.
