Provides medication administration oversight in an assisted living center, including reviewing documentation, maintaining medication rooms and carts, conducting competency training, managing medication counts, assisting resident move-ins and assessments, and providing leadership coverage. Requires Oklahoma LPN licensure, BLS certification, one year of clinical LPN experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides nursing care to pediatric patients in a satellite clinic under provider and LPN supervisor direction. Administers medications, assists with procedures, monitors patient conditions, documents care in the EMR, manages referrals and immunization records, supports patient and family education, and follows infection prevention, safety, and regulatory procedures.

Provides direct nursing care to pediatric through geriatric patients in the operating room. Assesses patients, verifies requisitions, identifies anatomical orientation, manages workflow, and coordinates with radiologists and hospital staff. Provides patient care, maintains confidentiality, supports on-call coverage, assists with training, and may perform transporter, darkroom, or clerical duties. Requires graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT registration, and radiologic certification.

Provides direct and indirect medical-surgical and dialysis patient care, performs assessments, carries out physician orders, coordinates interdisciplinary care, educates patients/families, documents per policy, and operates equipment safely.

Provide nursing care in a satellite medical clinic under provider supervision. Administer medications per provider orders; perform age-appropriate nursing tasks; assist with procedures; document care and manage workloads in the EMR; maintain referrals, immunization inventory (OSIIS), safety and infection prevention, and required certifications. Participate in meetings and performance improvement activities.

Manage insurance accounts to minimize AR by processing claims, working denials and appeals, coordinating refiling with billers, responding to patient inquiries, maintaining documentation, producing reports, and training/backup for revenue cycle staff. Ensure compliance with insurance rules and hospital collection policies while using Meditech and Change Healthcare systems.

Supervises day-to-day operations across clinical laboratory sections (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, coagulation, urinalysis, serology, POCT). Provides staff supervision and training, quality control, equipment maintenance, inventory management, policy/procedure development, inspection readiness (e.g., CAP), performance evaluation, problem resolution, and supports the Director with staffing, budgeting and compliance.

Provides direct perioperative nursing care for pediatric through geriatric patients in the operating room. Prepares and maintains OR environment and instruments, assists surgeon/anesthesiologist, performs patient positioning and aseptic techniques, documents care, communicates intraoperative findings to PACU, and participates in performance improvement and regulatory compliance.

Under supervision, the MLT performs laboratory tests accurately, responds to test priorities, and maintains equipment, ensuring quality patient care.

Provide nursing care in an orthopedic satellite clinic under provider supervision. Administer medications, assist with procedures, maintain EMR documentation and referrals, address psychosocial needs, follow safety and infection prevention policies, participate in staff meetings, and comply with regulatory and immunization inventory guidelines.
