Provides direct and indirect medical-surgical and dialysis patient care, performs assessments, carries out physician orders, coordinates interdisciplinary care, educates patients/families, documents per policy, and operates equipment safely.

Manage insurance accounts to minimize AR by processing claims, working denials and appeals, coordinating refiling with billers, responding to patient inquiries, maintaining documentation, producing reports, and training/backup for revenue cycle staff. Ensure compliance with insurance rules and hospital collection policies while using Meditech and Change Healthcare systems.

Supervises day-to-day operations across clinical laboratory sections (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, coagulation, urinalysis, serology, POCT). Provides staff supervision and training, quality control, equipment maintenance, inventory management, policy/procedure development, inspection readiness (e.g., CAP), performance evaluation, problem resolution, and supports the Director with staffing, budgeting and compliance.
