The role requires accurate data entry, courteous communication, punctuality, teamwork, and minimal supervision.

Performs clinical laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and blood bank departments. Conducts venipuncture and arterial puncture, prioritizes routine and STAT testing, operates and maintains instruments, evaluates and troubleshoots results, documents findings, supports safety and infection control, and works independently to maintain accurate and timely patient care.
