Provide administrative and office management support to the Chief Administrative Officer and department supervisors. Duties include scheduling, greeting customers, answering phones, invoice processing, meeting preparation and minutes, inventory and purchasing coordination, data entry and basic analysis, policy/procedure maintenance, emergency preparedness support, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Provide nursing care in a satellite medical clinic under provider supervision. Administer medications per provider orders; perform age-appropriate nursing tasks; assist with procedures; document care and manage workloads in the EMR; maintain referrals, immunization inventory (OSIIS), safety and infection prevention, and required certifications. Participate in meetings and performance improvement activities.

Coordinates and performs diagnostic radiography procedures ensuring patient care. Assesses patient condition, reviews exams, maintains image quality and confidentiality, and collaborates with staff.
