Develops creative concepts and designs print, billboard, digital signage, casino floor TV, and promotional materials. Prepares files for media and print vendors, places media, and supports marketing goals while collaborating with web development and sales and marketing teams. Manages Daktronics signage, slot machine artwork, and casino floor television art. Requires strong publication design, layout, communication, organization, and project management skills.

Provides front desk and guest services for a hotel, including reservations, check-in and checkout support, guest inquiries, telephone and PBX duties, payments, account charges, room-status coordination, recordkeeping, cash-drawer balancing, and maintaining a clean front office. Requires courteous customer service, computer and communication skills, schedule flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to drive a vehicle.

Develops and monitors a tribal gaming compliance program, ensuring adherence to tribal, federal, state, MICS, and TICS requirements. Conducts audits, internal control reviews, risk assessments, and investigations; identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective actions. Serves as liaison with regulatory agencies, supports TICS development, trains staff, maintains audit documentation, and prepares reports for leadership, auditors, and regulators. Occasional travel is required.
