Supervise and train front desk staff, manage schedules and accounts, handle guest complaints, oversee group bookings, deposits, and billing, maintain databases, coordinate with golf, casino and other departments, and enforce company policies while performing front desk duties as needed.

Greet and assist guests, handle reservations and inbound calls, process payments and post charges, maintain guest records and logs, coordinate room status with housekeeping, balance cash drawers, follow security and safety policies, complete training and certifications, and perform other front desk duties.

Prepare, set up, and tear down event venues (chairs, tables, staging, pipe-and-drape). Operate equipment (forklift, scissor lift), assist with ticketing and ushering, maintain event spaces, respond to radio requests, communicate issues to management, and perform other assigned duties. Requires heavy lifting and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
