Prepare and convert the venue for special events and trade shows: set up/take down chairs, tables, staging, pipe-and-drape, and equipment; operate forklifts and scissor lifts; assist with ticketing and ushering; clean and maintain event spaces and machinery; respond to radio requests and report issues to the Sales & Catering Manager; perform other assigned duties. Requires frequent heavy lifting and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Perform daily housekeeping duties including deep cleaning, vacuuming, stocking linens, trash removal, preventative maintenance, assisting guest room and laundry attendants, and providing guest information and services.

Provide front-desk HR administrative and guest service support including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, assisting with Paycom/Awardco, maintaining records, coordinating onboarding/training, supporting payroll/benefits, preparing HR documents, and helping with events and compliance activities.

Operate POS terminal, handle cash transactions and drawer balancing, prepare and serve food and beverages, maintain portion control, sanitation, stocking, cleanliness, and follow safety procedures. Assist teammates and perform other assigned duties.
