Provides front desk and guest services for a hotel, including reservations, check-in and checkout support, guest inquiries, telephone and PBX duties, payments, account charges, room-status coordination, recordkeeping, cash-drawer balancing, and maintaining a clean front office. Requires courteous customer service, computer and communication skills, schedule flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to drive a vehicle.

Develops and monitors a tribal gaming compliance program, ensuring adherence to tribal, federal, state, MICS, and TICS requirements. Conducts audits, internal control reviews, risk assessments, and investigations; identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective actions. Serves as liaison with regulatory agencies, supports TICS development, trains staff, maintains audit documentation, and prepares reports for leadership, auditors, and regulators. Occasional travel is required.

Provides executive leadership for all casino gaming operations, including slots, table games, bingo, sportsbook, and technical services. Oversees financial performance, budgets, staffing, guest experience, regulatory compliance, operational integrity, technology, capital planning, and cross-department collaboration. Leads gaming managers, develops talent, addresses operational issues, supports audits and regulatory reviews, and maintains a visible presence during evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods.

Leads the casino’s player development program, managing Rewards Club Hosts, premium guest portfolios, loyalty growth, outreach, comps, events, and retention strategies. Uses player tracking and analytical systems to identify opportunities, evaluate profitability, guide reinvestment, and improve visitation and gaming revenue. Hires, coaches, schedules, and evaluates team members while ensuring accurate records, regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and exceptional guest service.

Operates a Micros terminal, processes guest payments, balances cash, prepares and serves food and beverages, maintains portion control and product knowledge, stocks supplies, and keeps service areas clean and sanitized. The role requires dependable teamwork, safety awareness, regular attendance, schedule flexibility, and the ability to stand, move quickly, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Operate POS terminal, handle cash transactions and drawer balancing, prepare and serve food and beverages, maintain portion control, sanitation, stocking, cleanliness, and follow safety procedures. Assist teammates and perform other assigned duties.

Prepare, set up, and tear down event venues (chairs, tables, staging, pipe-and-drape). Operate equipment (forklift, scissor lift), assist with ticketing and ushering, maintain event spaces, respond to radio requests, communicate issues to management, and perform other assigned duties.
