Handles bingo admissions, cash transactions, coupons, inventory, reports, prize payouts, and bingo paper distribution. Assists customers with game information, sales, special events, and game setup. May work as an admissions cashier, specials cashier/pay master, floorwalker, or bingo caller. Announces game rules and numbers, maintains assigned areas, verifies payouts, and supports opening and closing procedures.

Operate POS terminal, handle cash transactions and drawer balancing, prepare and serve food and beverages, maintain portion control, sanitation, stocking, cleanliness, and follow safety procedures. Assist teammates and perform other assigned duties.

Supervise and train front desk staff, manage schedules and accounts, handle guest complaints, oversee group bookings, deposits, and billing, maintain databases, coordinate with golf, casino and other departments, and enforce company policies while performing front desk duties as needed.

Prepare, set up, and tear down event venues (chairs, tables, staging, pipe-and-drape). Operate equipment (forklift, scissor lift), assist with ticketing and ushering, maintain event spaces, respond to radio requests, communicate issues to management, and perform other assigned duties. Requires heavy lifting and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Perform daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks: deep clean rooms, shampoo carpets, rotate mattresses, vacuum halls, stock linens, remove trash, maintain vending areas, assist guest room and laundry attendants, provide guest information, and perform routine preventative maintenance.

Provide food and beverage service in a casino environment: operate Micros POS, handle cash, assist with food preparation, serve guests, maintain portion control, sanitation, stock, and cleanliness. Adhere to safety procedures and perform other assigned duties; able to stand, move frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds.
