Lead development and execution of MAPS-based (Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, Shelving) sales strategy for U.S. retail channels. Lead raw material food safety and quality for the plant by owning HACCP/CCP execution, controlling supplier and raw-material risks, stabilizing grinding/mixing/stuffing processes, enforcing raw-to-RTE containment and allergen control, driving corrective actions, and improving operational stability and contamination prevention.

Lead and sustain the plant Continuous Improvement (CI) plan, prioritize and sponsor CI initiatives, coach leaders and CI team, drive Lean/Six Sigma projects, track KPIs and financial benefits, embed CI into daily management, and support cross-functional change and capability building to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.

Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production cost reports (including MUV and labor performance), support BOM setup and costing, perform COGS and inventory analyses, assist month-end close/journal entries and AP postings, conduct fixed asset audits, support audits and SOP development, and collaborate with Finance, Budget & Forecasting teams to ensure accurate cost accounting for manufacturing operations.

Serve as single-point food safety authority for Ready-to-Eat production: make real-time decisions on product release, line startups/shutdowns, enforce hygienic zoning and sanitation standards, validate cleaning and process controls, lead environmental monitoring and Listeria response, and maintain strong floor presence to eliminate contamination pathways.
