Processes high-volume vendor invoices, verifies coding and approvals, matches invoices to purchase orders and receipts, maintains AP records, supports vendor payments and monthly close, reconciles vendor statements, and resolves discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams. The role also assists with credits, returns, recurring payments, purchase order follow-up, and general accounting tasks in a primarily in-office environment.
