Responsibilities include measuring and laying out court markings, taping and masking surfaces, applying clean paint lines, protecting finished flooring, coordinating schedules with installation teams, identifying quality issues, maintaining a clean work area, and completing projects on schedule. The subcontractor must provide necessary tools, maintain proper insurance, and work independently while communicating professionally with the team.

Processes high-volume vendor invoices, verifies coding and approvals, matches invoices to purchase orders and receipts, maintains AP records, supports vendor payments and monthly close, reconciles vendor statements, and resolves discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams. The role also assists with credits, returns, recurring payments, purchase order follow-up, and general accounting tasks in a primarily in-office environment.
