Work as a distribution center lead performing picking, packing, receiving, shipping, returns, and other warehouse tasks. Maintain productivity and quality standards, use basic computer systems and equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work 3rd shift in a fast-paced, partially climate-controlled warehouse.

Lead and supervise distribution center associates to meet daily shift goals. Prioritize workflow, assign resources, monitor performance and quality, train new employees, troubleshoot equipment, maintain safety and cleanliness, and implement process improvements. Support the Warehouse Operations Manager and complete special projects as assigned.

Oversee payroll and wage-hour compliance (primarily California), perform audits and analytics, partner with HRIS/Payroll/Legal/IT, lead remediation, support litigation prevention, and maintain payroll governance for a large non-exempt field workforce.

The HCM/HRIS Specialist I is responsible for supporting HCM systems, maintaining data integrity, reporting, and collaborating with various departments to enhance HRIS operations.

Administer day-to-day payroll for hourly and salaried employees, maintain payroll data, process transactions, resolve routine payroll inquiries, perform audits and reconciliations, support tax and year-end activities, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.
