Follow DC processes, meet productivity and quality standards, operate equipment and basic warehouse technology, perform maintenance and housekeeping, and support other warehouse areas as needed while adhering to safety and company policies.

Oversee payroll and wage-hour compliance (primarily California), perform audits and analytics, partner with HRIS/Payroll/Legal/IT, lead remediation, support litigation prevention, and maintain payroll governance for a large non-exempt field workforce.

The HCM/HRIS Specialist I is responsible for supporting HCM systems, maintaining data integrity, reporting, and collaborating with various departments to enhance HRIS operations.
