Administer day-to-day payroll for hourly and salaried employees, maintain payroll data, process transactions, resolve routine payroll inquiries, perform audits and reconciliations, support tax and year-end activities, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.

Lead and supervise distribution center associates to meet daily shift goals. Prioritize workflow, assign resources, monitor performance and quality, train new employees, troubleshoot equipment, maintain safety and cleanliness, and implement process improvements. Support the Warehouse Operations Manager and complete special projects as assigned.

Work in a distribution center performing receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and stocking tasks. Follow DC processes, meet productivity and quality standards, operate equipment and basic warehouse technology, perform maintenance and housekeeping, and support other warehouse areas as needed while adhering to safety and company policies.
