Lead mixed-methods product and implementation research to generate rapid, decision-ready evidence for product iteration, scale, and impact. Design and run UX research, analytics-informed experiments, and implementation studies; oversee data collection and analysis; translate findings into product and program strategies; and mentor research staff while partnering with product, tech, and government stakeholders.

Lead fundraising and donor engagement: write proposals and concept notes, research and target funders, manage donor stewardship and reporting, and maintain an RFP and funding pipeline to secure resources for program scale. Coordinate across program and country teams and prepare senior leaders for funder interactions.

Lead the Kenya Research Projects department to translate research into product decisions, design and run implementation research and RCTs, build partnerships, manage budgets and timelines, coach research teams, and represent Jacaranda at national and international forums to influence policy and scale innovations.

Lead and operationalize country expansion strategy across existing markets, managing programme delivery, strategic partnerships, government engagement, localisation, and a team of managers. Ensure quality, monitor key metrics, resolve risks, and drive sustainability through government integration and partner models while coordinating with Product, Technology, Data and Clinical teams.

Serve as a senior advisor to expand and diversify Jacaranda Health's funder network across foundations, bilaterals, multilaterals, G2G, big‑bet and corporate channels. Identify priority funding channels, make targeted introductions, scope promising opportunities, craft funder narratives and action plans, and provide ongoing strategic advisory support to internal development and country expansion teams.
